Paint your Pet Workshop, presented by the AGW's Teen Arts Council

Do you love pets? Now you can make an artwork of a furry, feathery, or scaly friend!
On Sunday, March 6th from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm, join artist Kelsey Auger and the AGW's Teen Arts Council for a "Paint Your Pet" workshop. With the help of an experienced artist, attendees will learn processes such as sketching and colour-blocking - all while making the piece of a lifetime! As Kelsey says, "let your creative intuition be your guide as we let go of our perfectionism and welcome an intuitive and dynamic way of painting." Attendees are also encouraged to bring a photo of their pet(s) to inspire their creations. All ages and experience levels are welcome, and we can't wait to see you at this fun and family-friendly event!
This workshop is included in the price of admission to the Art Gallery of Windsor. Admission to the AGW is $10 for not-yet-members, and free to members, children under 6 years of age, Status cardholders and Métis Nation Members, and support workers with clients. All donations collected during this workshop will go towards the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society; we encourage donations to this important organization if you have the ability to donate!
