About the Artist

Nora Harvey is a self-taught visual fine-artist who works in her home studio in Olde Walkerville, Windsor ON Canada. Growing up in Europe, she discovered her passion for art spending countless hours sketching and painting. The subject of Nora’s art is always the journey of life. She approaches the process intuitively, beginning with a solid textured background which develops into an idea by drawing, painting and sculpting the paint onto canvas. She is known for the abstract celebrations of her admiration for textured surfaces and rough contours uniquely sculpted, three dimensional oil, acrylic and mixed media on canvas. Nora’s abstract landscape and impressionist style paintings are inspired by nature. Learn more here
