SESSION 30: Wrapping Up 2021 - Honouring Loss & Love with Memory Objects

Taking Care graphic - term 2

It’s time to pay homage to our 2021 experience.

Practice wrapping small objects (hand-written note, photograph, found object) using fabric to honour our losses and loves over the last year. This is a personal process that offers an array of healing and reflection. Our goal is to find a home for what we have experienced throughout this past season.

Learn how to mindfully wrap these objects using a variety of fabrics and strings, and take time to value all we have been through together. Our shared losses felt throughout the year, may be seen as a gift: the gift of legacy or perhaps the opportunity for new beginnings. Treasure these gifts experienced together, and honour both our losses and loves in our heart-felt community.
